Step 1 - Browse properties
You can either send us the specific properties you are interested in to check availability or you can send us your specification of location, number of bedrooms, number of guests and an idea of your budget. At this stage you can also let us know of any concierge or special services you may require.
Step 2 - Make a reservation
Once you complete a booking form and make a 30%-50% deposit payment at this point the booking is confirmed and we raise contracts to exchange.
Step 3 - Contracts
We shall send you a contract for the specific property after the deposit is received for you to sign and return back to us.
Step 4 - Full payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card (5% surcharge by card provider) full balance payment will be due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

When booking with Elegant Address Ski we strive to go that extra mile to provide for all your needs and requests that make your ski trip as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Organising and booking your stay in a world class luxury chalet is the just foundation of the services that we have to offer. There are no requests too big or small that we will not personally arrange for you.
When you make a reservation with Elegant Address Ski we recommend you take out suitable travel insurance to protect you and your party from cancellation, theft, fire and flooding as well as accidental damage of the rental property. Elegant Address Ski is not liable for any loss or damage to the tenant’s contents during their stay.
Elegant Address Ski are property search consultants, we cannot arrange your flights. We would be more than happy to arrange your transfers from the airport/train station to your luxury ski chalet including any alternative requests you may have.
A cancellation by your party must be made in writing by the person who signed the booking form. If the cancellation applies only from the date of receipt 43 days or more before the departure date, only the deposit is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total rental price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:
- Between 42-28 days before rental commencement. 60%
- Between 27-15 days before rental commencement. 80%
- Between 14 and the commencement date 100%
Amendments: If after you have confirmed your booking you decide to alter your arrival and/or departure dates, we will do our utmost to make the requested change, provided we are informed at least 10 weeks prior to rental commencement.

To make your stay as relaxing as possible, Elegant Address Ski can arrange highly qualified nannies with experience of working in all of our ski resorts. All nannies are CRB checked and highly experienced, many of them to the highest level of professional qualifications offering high quality, flexible childcare to all families.
